How much deposit is required and how can I make payment?
We require a 50% deposit payable when the order is placed, and the balance prior to delivery. All items remain the property of Jarrimber until payment has been made in full. Payment options include Visa Card, Master Card, EFT transfer or cheque.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders placed online may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Cancellations may be considered after this time based on the progress of your order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may incur reasonable cancellation fees charged at the discretion of Jarrimber.
How is delivery calculated?
Delivery fees vary based on your delivery location. The delivery cost will be displayed at the checkout page prior to completing your order.
How will my goods arrive?
Once your order is ready our shipping partner will contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. If the delivery address has access issues or limitations, you will need to provide us with as much detail as possible to ensure delivery can take place easily and safely.

Can I choose my own courier?
You may choose to make your own shipping arrangements. Please contact us to arrange a special invoice (less delivery costs) and provide details of your chosen courier. Damage incurred in transit using your own courier service is the responsibility of the purchaser.
What happens if an item arrives damaged or isn’t right?
We value your custom, and your satisfaction is important to us. When your goods arrive, you will be required to inspect them prior to accepting delivery. You will need to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that they match the goods you ordered and are in acceptable condition. In the very unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect you will be required to specify as much information as possible about the problem on the delivery manifest. It’s a good idea to take a few photos to make sure you have a record of the issue.
Do not accept the goods and advise the delivery driver to return the goods to the depo. Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know that there is an issue, so we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
